We are excited to announce that Steve McDonald has joined our existing Sunshine Coast based BetterAIM team as Associate Director, Asset Management.
Steve brings over 20 years of experience in the management, planning and analysis of infrastructure assets. Steve has worked in both practitioner and advisory roles covering program delivery, asset management, strategic planning, condition assessment and hydraulic analyses.
Steve is a recognised industry leader in smart metering. His experience covers both strategic and tactical challenges facing organisations as they either weigh up rolling out new technologies, or seek to maximise value from their existing investments. Steve has significant knowledge across the fields of: asset management for smart meters, asset class strategies, meter accuracy and apparent loss management, reliability of devices, IoT networks, economic models for whole of life costs, and use cases optimising capital and operational budgets.
