BetterAIM is pleased to announce the appointment of Tirth Patel as Consultant – Asset Management and Infrastructure Advisory.
Based in Sydney, Tirth brings more than five years of experience across asset management, maintenance planning, asset engineering and infrastructure decision support. His experience spans major government infrastructure contracts within the defence and water utility sectors, where he has developed practical expertise in maintenance optimisation, asset information management and lifecycle planning.
Tirth has worked extensively on complex infrastructure portfolios, supporting the planning, optimisation and delivery of maintenance and capital works programs. His background includes strategic asset management, maintenance scheduling, asset data improvement and the development of automated reporting and analytics solutions that have improved operational visibility, reduced manual effort and delivered significant maintenance savings.
Prior to joining BetterAIM, Tirth held a range of progressively senior asset management and engineering roles with Confluence Water and Ventia, supporting Sydney Water’s regional delivery program, the City of Sydney asset portfolio and the Defence Base Services contract across Australia. Throughout these roles, he developed strong experience working with multidisciplinary teams to improve asset performance, strengthen maintenance strategies and support informed infrastructure investment decisions.
Tirth is recognised for his practical, data-driven approach to asset management and his ability to translate complex asset information into meaningful business outcomes. His expertise in maintenance optimisation, asset information systems and lifecycle planning further strengthens BetterAIM’s capability to help clients improve asset performance, enhance data quality and maximise long-term value from their infrastructure investments.
