Jeff joins William Blinman, growing our presence in New South Wales. Jeff further strengthens our capabilities in ISO 55001 and rail infrastructure asset management.
Jeffrey is a proven leader in rail asset management and engineering, with key contributions to the Sydney and Parramatta Light Rail networks. His expertise spans rolling stock, infrastructure, and operational technology, with strong alignment to ISO 55001 and rail safety standards. With senior roles at Transdev and Downer, he brings a strategic, data-driven mindset and a collaborative approach to infrastructure assurance and reliability improvement.
