We are thrilled to welcome William Blinman to the BetterAIM team as an Infrastructure and Asset Management Consultant. Will joins us this week as our first team member based in New South Wales, marking an exciting milestone for BetterAIM. His presence significantly strengthens our on-the-ground capabilities in the region and enhances the way we support our clients locally.
William brings extensive experience in asset management across utilities and local government, with a strong background in AMPs, SAMPs, asset systems, maintenance programs, and lifecycle modelling. His previous roles at Shellharbour City Council and Sydney Water saw him lead improvements in asset frameworks, data standards, and strategic planning.
